Flatirons Academy Hiring Process

The hiring process at Flatirons Academy consists of five steps. At any point, candidates for employment or Flatirons Academy may choose not to continue with the hiring process for any reason.

  1. Submit resume and philosophy of education
  2. Interview with the Principal of Flatirons Academy
  3. Submit application and letters of reference (applications will be sent to candidates that satisfactorily complete the first two steps)
  4. Teach a model lesson
  5. Interview with the Flatirons Academy Lead Team
