For the past year and a half, I have served as the Campus Pastor of Flatirons Community Church in Aurora. I grew up in Montbello, attended middle school in Aurora, and attended college at the University of Colorado in Boulder. After graduation, I moved to Jacksonville, FL, to work for an NBC station as a journalist. Along the way, I married my high school sweetheart. We have three girls. After two and a half years as a journalist, I stepped into full-time vocational ministry doing several different things. I was a filmmaker, creative director, ministry school director, discipleship pastor, and eventually campus pastor. After 15 years living in Florida, I moved back to Colorado to work at Flatirons. I have such a passion for the people in the city of Aurora.
