“There is a way from heart to heart,” Afghan Proverb. In a world of division and fear, these words remind us that because the same God made every one of us, we have a way for our hearts to connect with the hearts of people vastly different from us. Even though we may look different and speak differently, we’re a lot alike, too. In this series, we’ll focus on learning more about our global and local outreach partners at Flatirons. As we learn about people half a world away or right next door to us, may we search out ways to connect our hearts to theirs, knowing that this is the best way to share the good news of God’s great love for us.
