Our talk is focused on how parents can guide their kids to make choices that honor their whole-person health: physically, mentally/emotionally, socially, financially/career goals, and their faith. So, how can we practically model that to our kids, use it in how we parent them, and allow them to practice it for themselves? Our talk will focus on practicing whole-person, God-honoring decisions for ourselves and how to allow space for our kids to practice it too.
