MISSION 

Global Outreach fights for the forgotten by supporting our partners through relational and financial investment that changes lives, including our own.

We offer opportunities for the Flatirons community to experience God on a global scale through learning, serving and relationships that bring the awesome life of Christ to people in a lost and broken world.

Vision

Our vision is for the global church to be strengthened and expanded as those who call Flatirons home grow in their understanding of their role in the Kingdom.

We value partnerships with organizations who:
  • Work in hard places –We value organizations who work in parts of the world that are seemingly overlooked or forgotten. We want to be a church who goes where few are willing to. 
  • Seek unreached people –We value organizations who engage with people who’ve never had a chance to learn about Jesus.
  • Maintain national leadership –We value organizations who believe nationals are the experts on their own communities and that our role is not to lead, but to engage in/with this work in a supportive role. 
  • Align with the culture of Flatirons –We value partnering with organizations that are ‘sold out’ for the vision, values and mission God has given them and believe in organizational cultures that are supportive, flexible, fun, encouraging, real, raw - and come with a high level of grace and truth.

  • Maintain a holistic discipleship approach –We value partnering with organizations that understand a holistic approach to life transformation (that growth comes both physically and spiritually) and know that ultimately, reconnection to Jesus is the answer.
